The free class shows you what these systems can do. This is where you build one. Ten seats, one morning, and me in the room making sure every person leaves with something that works.

When you book, you tell me the one task eating your week. I read every answer before class, so we skip the icebreakers and get to work.
We build one together
The whole room builds the same AI employee side by side — the missed call and the follow-up nobody sends. Every business has that problem, and it is the fastest proof of what this can do.
You build yours
After a break, you point the same approach at your own bottleneck, in your own systems. I work the room one laptop at a time.
We put the guardrails on
Where it can go wrong, what a human approval step catches, and what to build next. You leave knowing how to keep it running without me.
What your $500 gets you
The seat, plus what happens after.
- Three hours, hands-on, in a room of ten. Small on purpose. Everybody gets help, and nobody sits in the back watching.
- A working AI employee on your own accounts. You keep everything you build. We never store your passwords or logins.
- Three months in the Builder’s Room. Our alumni group — monthly group build call, recordings, and first look at what we build next.
What to bring
Show up ready and three hours is plenty.
- Your laptop, charged. This is a working session, not a lecture.
- A paid Claude subscription (Pro, currently $20 a month) and about $20 in Claude usage credits loaded before class.
- Claude Desktop and the Claude Chrome extension installed. Your confirmation email walks you through all of it, step by step.
- Your logins for the software where your bottleneck lives — your CRM, your inbox, your books, whatever it is.

- You want AI to replace your team. That is not what we build.

Each session is capped at ten. Your seat is confirmed the moment payment goes through, and your confirmation email has everything you need to get set up.

Parking: the garage is on the west side of the building — look for the large yellow parking sign. You have to be heading north on Florida Ave; the garage entrance is on your right, just past Madison St.
The fine print, in plain English
Terms for the AI Build Session
- Price and payment. $500 per seat, paid in full by card when you book. Your seat is confirmed only after payment goes through.
- Class size. Each session is limited to 10 attendees.
- No refunds. Payments are non-refundable.
- Transfers. You may transfer your seat to any future AI Build Session date, subject to availability, by replying to your confirmation email or contacting info@aibuilderco.com, up to 72 hours before your session starts. Inside 72 hours, the seat can’t be moved.
- Substitutions. You may send another person in your place if you give us their name at least 24 hours before the session.
- No-shows. If you don’t attend and haven’t transferred, the seat is forfeited.
- If we cancel or reschedule. If AI Builder Company cancels or moves a session, you choose a transfer to another date or a full refund.
- Your equipment and accounts. You bring your own laptop and use your own accounts, including a paid Claude subscription, about $20 in Claude usage credits, and any other software costs. You keep everything you build. AI Builder Company doesn’t store your passwords or login details.
- No guaranteed results. We teach tools and methods. Results depend on your business, data and follow-through, and we don’t guarantee any specific outcome.
- Photos. Sessions may be photographed for AI Builder Company marketing. Tell us at check-in if you’d rather not be included.
- Included extras. Three months in the Builder’s Room. If you book within the window announced at the free class, you also get a free 30-minute one-on-one with Tommy, scheduled after your session; seats booked after the window don’t include it. Extras must be used within 90 days of your session.
