Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out a form, book an audit, request a download, call us, or start a chat, we collect what you provide — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your business and what you need.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, and the site or search that referred you. This comes from cookies and similar technologies, described below.
Information from clients
If you become a client, we may receive access to business systems and data as part of building and running your AI systems — for example, accounting records, CRM contacts, or project files. That access is governed by your service agreement, scoped to what the work requires, and logged. We do not use client business data for our own marketing, and we do not sell it.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct an audit, and provide a quote
- To deliver, operate, support and improve the services you’ve bought
- To send you information you asked for, such as a guide or a follow-up on a conversation
- To send occasional business updates and offers, where permitted — you can opt out at any time
- To keep records, invoice, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
Text messaging and SMS
If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from us — for example through the chat widget on this site — we may send you messages related to your inquiry, appointment reminders, and service updates.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared or sold to any third parties for marketing purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or message delivery, is permitted only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you asked for.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to work with us by phone or email.
Forms on this website do not collect SMS marketing consent. If you submit a form, we will contact you by phone or email about that request.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure the performance of our marketing. Some are set by us; some are set by third-party analytics and advertising services on our behalf.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you block essential cookies. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that help us run the business — website hosting, CRM and email delivery, phone and messaging, scheduling, payment processing, and analytics — and only what they need to do that job.
- AI service providers. Where our services involve processing data through commercial AI models, we use business-tier arrangements under which your data is not used to train those models.
- Financing partners. If you apply for financing, we pass the information you authorize to the third-party lender you’re applying with. Their own privacy policy governs what they do with it.
- Legal and safety. When we’re required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers. If the company is sold, merged, or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Third-party links
This site links to other websites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them information.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and afterward as required for legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information — including scoped access, logging, and restricting access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- Email. Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.
- Text messages. Reply STOP to opt out.
- Access, correction and deletion. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- Selling and sharing. We don’t sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- No retaliation. We won’t treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email us or call (813) 213-0772. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national law, and we’ll honor those where they apply.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business, technology, or the law changes. When we do, we’ll update the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
